At Trinity United Methodist Church, our faith is centered on Jesus Christ and grounded in the grace of God.
What We Believe
As United Methodists, we share the historic Christian faith and affirm:
- God is Creator, Redeemer, and Sustainer.
- Jesus Christ reveals the love and grace of God and calls us to follow him.
- The Holy Spirit is active in the world and in our lives, guiding, comforting, and transforming us.
- Scripture is central to our faith and provides all things necessary for our salvation.
- Every person is created in the image of God and is worthy of dignity, compassion, and love.
- Grace is a gift. We do not earn God’s love; we receive it and are invited to live differently because of it.
- Faith is meant to be lived. Following Jesus leads us to love God, love our neighbors, and serve others.

United Methodists believe Scripture is foundational to our faith. We also recognize that we read and understand Scripture in conversation with the wisdom of the Christian tradition, thoughtful reason, and our lived experience.

Worship at Trinity
Worship is one of the primary ways we gather as a community to encounter God and grow together. Each Sunday, our services include prayer, Scripture, music, preaching, and opportunities to respond to God’s grace.
We offer two worship services:
8:30 AM — Traditional Worship
This service is rooted in historic United Methodist worship and includes hymns, liturgy, prayer, Scripture, and preaching.
11:00 AM — Blended Worship
This service brings together traditional and contemporary elements through music, prayer, Scripture, and preaching.
Though the styles are different, both services are centered on the same purpose: worshiping God and becoming more faithful followers of Jesus.

Communion
In The United Methodist Church, Holy Communion is a primary means of grace — one of the central ways God meets us, nourishes us, and strengthens us in faith.
In The United Methodist Church, we practice an open table. You do not have to be a member of Trinity or a United Methodist to receive Communion. Christ is the host of the table, and all are invited.

Baptism
We recognize baptism as a gift of God’s grace and a sign that we belong to the community of faith.
United Methodists baptize people of all ages, including infants, children, youth, and adults. We recognize baptisms from other Christian traditions and do not believe a person needs to be baptized again.

A Faith That Keeps Growing
We believe questions are part of faith. At Trinity, we are a community learning together through Scripture, worship, prayer, conversation, and service.
Our hope is not simply to know more about Jesus, but to become people who increasingly live like Jesus — loving God and loving our neighbors with grace, courage, humility, and joy.
